2. Student & Staff Management

• Students: Complete student profiles including roll numbers, class, father's name, and contact info. Features include bulk promotions, managing guardians, conditional pass follow-ups, and striking off/editing student records.

• Staff Accounts: Role-based access control (Super Admin, Admin, Teacher, Accountant, Receptionist). The admin can easily manage staff salaries, reset passwords, and activate/deactivate accounts.
  

3. Financial & Fee Automation
A powerful fee management module that generates monthly invoices and tracks defaulters automatically. It provides a clear breakdown of total paid, unpaid, and overdue amounts. The system allows for one-click bulk exports (PDF/Local) and seamless payment recording.
