By accessing and using DigiNexus Lab services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.
2. Our Services
DigiNexus Lab provides technology consulting and development services including but not limited to: AI/ML solutions, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity services, custom software development, mobile app development, web development, digital transformation consulting, and IT support services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to: provide accurate and complete information, notify us immediately of any unauthorized access, not use our services for any illegal purposes, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise stated: invoices are due within 30 days, late payments may incur additional charges, all fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise, and prices are subject to change with notice. We accept various payment methods as communicated during project discussions.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by DigiNexus Lab and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Client-specific deliverables will be transferred as specified in individual project agreements. Our proprietary tools, methodologies, and pre-existing IP remain our property.
6. Limitation of Liability
DigiNexus Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability.
